I found this picture on luxaholics.com. Are they for real? This was apparently a scoop about Mariah Carey’s recent 3 day trip to London for which she packed a diva record of luggage. It is clearly a shot of Mariah (on a different day) photo-shopped onto a pic of Louis Vuitton luggage―real LV, fake journalism.

Below is her real luggage for the weekend trip, at least what the first porter could manage. (There was a second, equally full,designer replica handbags, cart behind it!). Notice that she does have one piece of Louis Vuitton luggage but it is buried among a heap of regular old suitcases.

If there was only one tip, this would be it. The easiest way is to visit the website, or if you’re in a major city and don’t mind a field trip…go on in to the boutique. Oh how the trends come and go. My final argument is directly in response to the claim I read that the long term popularity of the Speedy is a reason to avoid it―after all everyone and their mother owns one. Personally I find that ridiculous. Firstly, not everyone owns one, only a portion of the like minded, fashionably dressed, intelligent women of the world―a club I’m proud to be a part of.
